If anybody knows of natural pain killers I would love to learn. I hate to use ibuprofen etc.

This week I had acute back pain. Immediatley prayed but the pain was terrible. Could hardly move yesterday, today a bit better, praise Yah!

Because the pain was so severe I did use quite a few painkillers. But if there is something natural, I'd rather use that.

I would use lavender, geranium, frankincense, or cedarwood oils blended with no more than 7 drops total in a teaspoon of carrier oil. You could also use the inner bark from the aspen tree and make a tea. If I knew what the back pain was from, I would be able to give better advice.
