Both Ex 20:14 and Deut 5:18 state Do not commit adultery.
Do not be intimate with someone that is not your spouse. Is this only for married persons? Or for any person, married or not. If you are being intimate in thoughts or actions with some one not your spouse then it is adultery. Correct?

Yes. Jesus actually 'upped' the 10-commandment law to not commit adultery saying that if anyone actually looked at a woman and desired to 'poses' her -that he had committed adultery with her in his heart. Mstt 5:28 “But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
