We often have friends in for dinner on Erev Shabbat, but tonight is quiet because the friends we invited are sick. We start by blessing the children (7 of them, ages 26 to 12), and then we remember Yeshua with bread and wine. Then we turn on a playlist of songs we like and have a festive dinner on paper plates, but with a pretty tablecloth and centerpiece. ? It’s often roasted chicken. Sometimes we play table games after dinner. We often sing together. Sometimes we just crash on the couch. ?
