Fire Cider

Left jar has a full orange and the right jar has elderberries + star anise for different flavors and additional benefits.

Both jars include: garlic cloves, onion, ginger root, lemon, thyme, rosemary, sage, serrano peppers, cinnamon stick, horseradish, turmeric, black peppercorn and topped with apple cider vineger. Keep in cool dark space or fridge. Strain after 4-8 weeks. Compost scraps. Add honey to the vinegar infusion to taste.

Fire Cider is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal and it's a great decongestant. Fire Cider also supports digestion and is anti-inflammatory.

Research each ingredient to know the benefits of each item. Remove certain ingredients that you don't like/can't use. Add ingredients you want, have easy access to locally, etc. For example: pineapple instead of lemons, choose different herbs for different benefits + taste.
