Shalom, this is the structure of the word Metsora in Hebrew and look the other words that have the same root with the word Metsora. When you speak evil /bad about anyone you damage your skin because our skin is a garment that holds all the organs of the body structure. So when we speak we create a reality and bad speech is a creation in itself as it goes out it damages the skin because our body is protected by the skin.
