We are working on a YouTube clone where only TTN community members can publish videos. This is to serve us as a replacement for YouTube where our content won't be deleted due to thei YouTube changing policies.

Do you believe videos should be viewable by everyone on the internet?

I think it is a good idea. Only TTN members should publish videos, but the videos should be viewable by anyone on the internet. This would help make it more popular in the long run.

I think we should most definitely make our Library of Good News available to everyone, but will commenting on video content also be restricted to community members? Most of what kept me away from social media since 2012ish is the trolls. Even on YouTube, it's hard to initiate a real conversation via comments because of the sea of trolling.

I was actually recently thinking about doing something similar to this on Odysee/LBRY where TTN users could have free access to the content but outside users would either have to pay or need some sort of invite link.

It would be good to let them be visible to the public but make it so you can only upload from a TTN account or have a TTN account. This is my opinion.

I'm already uploading my videos to YT, Rumble, DailyMotion, and FB for that very reason. Another platform might be useful to some, but I'm already maxed out. lol

Odysee/LBRY addresses censorship/shadow banning directly by decentralizing the uploaded data. It is hosted as a p2p rather than directly on a server under individual control. Odysee can only remove its promotion of the data on its website, however the data itself is not removed or deleted and can still be found using the LBRY app. Data can only be deleted by the original uploading author. This is why I wanted to use that as my main platform for video uploads.

My thinking is ... The more we have "disinformation" available publicly the easier to target the source. My thinking is keep this only for believers easier to vet those coming in than those in a public forum. A theocracy is how we should handle information ... IMO

Viewable and embed-able. It would drive traffic. Mine are embedded through Rumble presently. It works quite well.

It’s good other’s can see it too, it would be a wonderful tool to spread the gospels, however, only member’s should be able to comment (in order to keep it clean and proper).
