Anyone tech savy out there who can tell me what a "DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE" error means? Sounds kinda invasive...

With this and your other post, it sounds like your DNS provider is having issues. You could change who your DNS services are running through (a lot use Google's DNS, I like OpenDNS), but if you aren't tech savy I wouldn't recommend it as it would totally break your internet if done wrong.

I don't know if you've already reviewed these sites but this should help you get started on resolving the issue. I've noticed in the past, if I'm using a secure browser like Dissenter or Brave or Avast, that I'm unable to complete orders with certain vendors or apply address changes to certain accounts. I don't fully understand the technical explanation for it but essentially your browser is trying to keep you from either sending or receiving something that it perceives to be a vulnerability.

Maybe try using an unsecure browser to see if you can access the site that you were looking for (without sending/receiving sensitive info). If the destination is still inaccessible due to error, it would more likely be a host problem and not YOUR problem.
