I hope to get the NJV version of the Bible someday when they come out with a large print one.

Any opinions on this version?

Looking at the FAQ, it sounds like another TLV, CJB or ISR Scriptures type version. The items it lists as "what sets it apart" these versions do similar as well. I find it interesting that it is based on ASV, then WEB, then the Masoretic. So it isn't really a new translation just a modification of another. OJB is another like that. It is a modification of JPS for Tanakh. All that to say, if you like ASV this would be a good one to have.

I currently have the ISR. I want to get the NJV because it looks better readable than the ISR from the samples I've read.
