Does anyone have suggestions for heating a greenhouse in the colder months? I'd appreciate both electricity and non/electric options, as the outlet closest to the greenhouse doesn't work at the moment.

You might try using unfinished compost in a bucket or hot manure like chicken or cow. They produce heat as they break down. If it’s a large enough greenhouse you could paint some 55 gallon drums black and fill with water. When put in the sun they will become a heat sink.

Here are some ideas you could try. I have seen that 55 gallon drums filled with water has already been recommended. I will say nothing more about that. The next option can be using a small wood stove at one end. That is the way lots of people have done it in alaska. Another way is to use an electric radiant heater. I can't remember any other ways at the moment as normally in Alaska when it got cold you couldn't grow anything and there was no choice. Straw bales will help to insulate but it sounds like your option is only to heat.
