I agree. There are several verses (not just one or two) that has similar wording saying that keeping the Torah is for both the native born and the stranger. It is sad that people in mainstream Judaism (including Messianic Judaism) ignore those verses and claim that they are only for Jews. But there is a movement of people around the world becoming Torah followers in Yeshua.
