Isaiah 40;4, “ Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:” We have a mistaken way of thinking today that fairness means everything must be equal. Small things must be made larger and big things must become smaller. If every one and every thing were equal, would it be a fair world? Who would need help if they had exactly what everyone else had? How would we be able to display our love to others if everyone were exactly the same? How could we elevate ourselves? We are not designed to be exactly the same, we are designed to help others in need. Fairness is not always what we think it is or what we want it to be.
