My current plan for fall garden is this:

Carrots (over winter)
Peas
Bok Choy
Cabbage
Beets (over winter)
Potatoes (over winter)
Radishes

Am I missing anything that you think we should grow? What are you guys going to plant? #homestead #garden

Yes. You are missing broccoli. I know it can't last as long in the fridge but freezing it helps it last. Also, being young fresh sprouts in the fall pushes the sap (as I don't remember what it is called) up the plant to where the seeds will be. Peas are also a good choice.

If you are interested in doing grains, oats, winter rye, and barley would be great choices.
