YHVH knew what He was doing when He created us!

Think about it!:
? He created the Earth FOR us!
? He created us FROM the Earth!

Everything we need has already been provided for us through His glorious creation from it's very foundation!

To optimize our health, we need to get back in touch with that Creation by:

? Spending more time outdoors
? Eating a nutritious, clean diet filled with whole-foods God created for us in the form He created us to enjoy them
? Hydrating with plenty of pure, clean water
☢ Avoiding as many [man-made] toxins/chemicals as we can in our environment, skincare, and food
?Using natural solutions when our health becomes compromised!

Trust in our Creator!

Know that He has provided everything we need to be healthy and happy!

Let's start looking for ways to reduce our toxic load and start living the way God intended us to live all along!
