Is there someone who has the connections for moon sightings in Israel so that we can create a Group for the monthly New Moon sightings?
Yes, I am a "sliver-er"* until someone can tell me otherwise. (<
* Sliver-er = the term I use for someone who believes that a New Moon is when the first slither is visible.

My husband and i follow pretty close to Hillel calendar as far as which month we are in. Becca (Rivka) watches the seven species throughout the year starting with the barley. She and her husband are a month ahead of most in this regard...
