Monday August 23: Requests that need intercession

For my fasting blood sugar to be normal and for all my blood tests and urinalysis to be normal. For me to be healthy, and happy. For my mom’s heart to get healthier and for her to take the right amount of magnesium that is healthy for her, and that she feels good and has good blood pressure and her kidneys are healthy. For her appointment to go well tomorrow and that she’s not dizzy. And feels good. That I have a positive faithful attitude , and easily clean my room , write books that help children, families, people. Thank you --- Jeanette

I am worried about my work. My job is very complex and continues to depress me with tiny details. My peers and manager seem to be getting frustrated with me. Please, Lord, quicken my mind and deepen my understanding. Let me do great work, for the benefit of my employer, and so that I can support my family, and to honour you, Lord, and the gifts you have given me. --- Neil

Lifting prayers for great-granddaughter, to be healed of recurring lice in her hair. Treatments of shampoo and follow-up have been done diligently but with shared custody, unfortunately only her father has been treating the problem. Mother insists she has no lice in household and will not do follow-ups. Problem persists without cooperation of all concerned. Need healings in this area please --- Sandra

God opened a door for a new job and I said yes. I pray for my current employer that they may understand and accept my resignation. I'm leaving them after 29 years.
