I have 4 roosters to butcher. Can anyone direct me as to how to do the butchering part so as to follow the Torah? I have no one to assist me and this is my first time doing this!

I have butchered chickens but it is something best learned by experience. I would explain it but it would take some time. I'm going to try to find the video on YouTube of a guy who does it and share it with you as he goes into very deep detail as to how to do it.
