The chain of command in Egypt was YHVH at the top, then Moses, Aaron, Pharaoh, and then pagan priests.

Moses was made to be more than a prophet and was given authority to judge even Pharaoh. Regular prophets have no authority of own, but only relay the message that God gives them. #yeshua was "a prophet like unto Moses" in this way, yet infinitely greater! Exodus 7:1
