We Elliotts come from the British Isles⁠—a bit of Scotland, Ireland, Britain, and Wales. We also have a smattering of Swedish and Norwegian and German.
I love my identity, but I was talking to my daughter yesterday about how amazing it is to have learned about 18 years ago that the Bible was written to all nations⁠—not to just Israel. This bit of knowledge transformed my life! I thought I'd talk about it today.
