There were two cheruvim on the ark, two arks made, two tablets, two sets of tablets, two poles in the ark, possibly two jars of manna, two prophets of Revelation, Moses and Elijah at the transfiguration, two great Covenants…
What is the significance? Some of these can be attributed to the principle of two witnesses, but I'm not sure they all can.

Moses and Aaron are two.
Yeshua and John the Baptist were two.
