1) It is forbidden to eat leavened bread at the Passover meal (Ex 12:18). The bread that Yeshua broke was leavened bread (arton) not unleavened bread (artios) (Mt 26:26; Mk 14:23; Lk 24:30; . Yeshua would have broken a commandment of the Torah by eating it – or just serving it to his disciples.
2) When Judas left the feast, the other disciples thought that he was leaving to buy what was needed for the feast (John 13:29). If it were the Passover, Judas could not possibly have purchased anything, because everything would have been closed – and purchasing anything on a feast day is forbidden. The disciples would have known this, so commenting that they thought he was leaving to purchase supplies means they did not believe it was the feast day.
3) After Yeshua’s death, the religious leaders requested that the legs of the men who were crucified be broken so that they would die and be removed before sundown (John 19:31). If the last supper was the Passover meal, the next day when he was crucified would still have been a sabbath or holy day. The religious leaders would not have gone near the Romans with any request on a sabbath, especially not a High Sabbath. The reason they gave for the request was that the sabbath day would begin that evening. That means the evening before was not the feast day, the evening after Yeshua died was.
4) Yeshua was arrested and tried after sunset on the night that he ate with his disciples. This means that both High Priests saw him and passed judgement, then the Sanhedrin met and passed judgment all on that same day. If it were Passover that Yeshua ate, then when night fell it would have been the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The religious leaders would not have dared to meet, much less pass judgment on a High Holy day because it would have been considered work and forbidden.

Mat 26:17-19 BSB 17 On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do you want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?” 18 He answered, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him that the Teacher says, ‘My time is near. I will keep the Passover with My disciples at your house.’ ” 19 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.
Mar 14:12-16 BSB 12 On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover lamb was to be sacrificed, Jesus’ disciples asked Him, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?” 13 So He sent two of His disciples and told them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jug of water will meet you. Follow him, 14 and whichever house he enters, say to the owner, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is My guest room, where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?’ 15 And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and ready. Make preparations for us there.” 16 So the disciples left and went into the city, where they found everything as Jesus had described. And they prepared the Passover.
Luk 22:7-13 BSB 7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb was to be sacrificed. 8 Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare for us to eat the Passover.” 9 “Where do You want us to prepare it?” they asked. 10 He answered, “When you enter the city, a man carrying a jug of water will meet you. Follow him to the house he enters, 11 and say to the owner of that house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?’ 12 And he will show you a large upper room, already furnished. Make preparations there.” 13 So they went and found it just as Jesus had told them. And they prepared the Passover.
