For those wanting an update, things have been pushed back from March to May. While the USDA originally waived their response, the Supreme Court clerks have requested a reply.

This doesn't necessarily "mean" anything, however we hope it at least implies the clerks consider the case worthy of a response. Said response is due mid-May.

So, I get to wait a couple months more to see if I have rights. Prayers appreciated.
