Differences between the FATHER and the SON
YeHoVaH is all wise, but Yeshua grew in wisdom and learned obedience. - Luke 2:52; Hebrews 5:8-9
YeHoVaH has limitless knowledge, but Yeshua had limited knowledge. - Mark 13:32
YeHoVaH is, and always has been, perfect, but Yeshua needed to attain perfection through his suffering. - Hebrews 2:10
Yeshua received the Holy Spirit at his baptism. If Yeshua were YeHoVaH and the Holy Spirit were YeHoVaH, then YeHoVaH would have been anointed with YeHoVaH by YeHoVaH. What purpose would this have served? We know why people are anointed, but what power could YeHoVaH give to Himself? Yeshua was given the gift of the Holy Spirit, the same gift he now gives to believers today. - Mark 1:9-11
YeHoVaH cannot be tempted, but Yeshua was tempted in every way just as we are. - James 1:13; Matthew 4:1; Hebrews 4:15
YeHoVaH does not need to be strengthened, but Yeshua did. - Luke 22:43-44
YeHoVaH cannot die. Scripture tells us that YeHoVaH is “immortal,” which means “not subject to death,” but Yeshua died. - 1 Timothy 1:17,6:16; Romans 1:22-23
Yeshua is not ashamed to call us his “brothers,” because we have the same Father he does. The Bible teaches that we are “brothers” of Yeshua and “sons of YeHoVaH.” Scripture never says or even infers that we are “brothers of YeHoVaH.” - Hebrews 2:10-11
We are commissioned to do “greater works” than Yeshua. This would be absurd if Yeshua were YeHoVaH, because then we disciples would be commissioned to do greater works than YeHoVaH. - John 14:12
Scripture says that YeHoVaH is spirit; yet even after his resurrection Yeshua said of himself that he was not a spirit, but flesh and bone. - John 4:23; Luke 24:39
The Bible says that YeHoVaH is not a man, but Yeshua is very plainly called a man many times in Scripture. - Numbers 23:19; John 8:39-40; Acts 2:22; Acts 17:31; 1 Timothy 2:5
Yeshua is called the “son of YeHoVaH” more than 50 times in the Bible. Not once is he called “YeHoVaH the Son.”
YeHoVaH and Yeshua have two separate and distinct wills. If Yeshua were YeHoVaH, then his will would always be the same as YeHoVaH’s. Scripture tells us that it wasn’t. - Luke 22:39-42
Work In Progress
~~~ Yeshua is a prophet, THE prophet of whom Moses spoke
Matthew 13:57-58; Mark 6:4; Luke 13:32-33
YeHoVaH your Elohim will raise up for you a Prophet like me (Moses) from your midst, from your brethren. - Deuteronomy 18:15-19
Yeshua only says what YeHoVaH tells him to say
John 12:49
Elohim did miracles through Yeshua
Acts 2:22
The Father dwells in Yeshua
John 14:10
Isaiah 49, and Isaiah 61 show Yeshua is chosen by the Father as his chosen one or messiah, not him being Yehovah.
Who destroyed Sodom?
The Torah (Genesis 19:24; Deuteronomy 29:23) says YeHoVaH (H3068) destroyed Sodom. The prophets (Isaiah 13:19; Jeremiah 54:40; Amos 4:11) say 'ĕlōhîm (H430) destroyed Sodom. The Torah (Deuteronomy 6:4) says YeHoVaH (H3068) is 'ĕlōhîm (H430).
Yeshua is the last man Adam
1 Corinthians 15:45
It is important to Yeshua for us to know who he is, just as it was important for him to know who his disciples thought he was almost 2,000 years ago. - Matthew 16:13-17
YeHoVaH has no mother, He exists from everlasting to everlasting. But Yeshua did have a mother. - 1 Chronicles 16:36; Psalm 41:13; Psalm 90:2; Psalm 106:48; John 2:1-3,19:25-26
Yeshua is DIVINE (Adjective) of, relating to, or proceeding directly from El Elyon (G-d), the Supreme Being & YeHoVaH is THE DEITY (Noun) El Elyon (G-d); Supreme Being.
