Is there anyone who can assist with this or has material specific about tattoos?
I too got one around 20 years ago (way before getting to Torah) and what I understand is that tattoos and cutting the corners or your beard in remembrance of the dead is NOT permitted...
My Hebrew is terrible! Could someone please help me? In Isaiah 44:5 (I think), it talks about writing with or on the hand. Which preposition is it? My daughter (who has better Hebrew than me) thinks it says on, justifying tattoos. My interlinear says with. She is turning 18 in less than two months and is talking about getting tattoos. It doesnt help that I got one twenty years ago. We just want to be obedient to the Word! Thank you!
