Isaiah 1:19, “If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best of the land.” What does it mean to eat the best of the land? As the Creator is chastising Israel he reminds them that they have a choice or either living the way He designed them and being blessed or continuing in their sin and being miserable. Most people will feel satisfied and content after a good meal and this expression is a reminder of that. Some people seem to enjoy misery or have been trained that they should not be happy and content but the Creator designed us to be joyful, happy and content. The choice is yours.
