We are instructed to pray for our governments. How can we do that if we don't know what they are up to?

The only thing that I do know is that we can't "pray away" what Father is doing and if we believe that we are living in the end times then we should rather pray that Father will reveal Himself more to us and lead us so that we will become more obedient to Him. He will then cover us with His countenance and give us ultimate peace (shalom).

Believers need to participate in politics because it is important for us to do what we can to preserve freedom of religion rights. Just because a person chooses to keep out of politics doesn't mean that politics won't invade your life.
