According to Genesis 1:14-19, YHWH created the Sun, moon, and stars on the 4th day of the first week.

Does this mean that the first month started on the 4th day? Or that the moon was not created until the 4th day of the first month?

It says the moon was created as a lesser light to govern the night so does this mean the 1st moon was a full moon? Making the first day of the first month a full moon? Or does this mean the 4th day of the first month was a full moon?

Enochian calendar keepers say the first month started on the 4th day of the week. Being a lesser light does not rule out the new moon starting the month because it was still darker than day.

So if the first moon established the first month, and it is said they were both created as lights, does that mean the first moon was created as a full moon? Making the full moon, the stage that establishes the first of the month?

No, it wasnt a full moon. It was a new/ring moon. The moon was much closer and probably wasnt concealed by the earths shadow. Even today, if youre away from light polution, you can see the new moon, when it happens durig your part of the night.
