#deuteronomy 29:8-13 contains a #chiasm framed by the land inheritance that God promised to the patriarchs and centered on the "little ones" of Israel.

..V13 - Land promised to the patriarchs

I believe the purpose of this structure (if it isn't purely coincidence) is to point out that the inheritance of the children is dependent on the faithfulness of their parents.
