You can now create a Quiz and set the correct answer so that the participants can see whether they got it correct when they refresh the poll.

When you click on "Create Poll" in the Publisher Box then you will see checkboxes to the right of your answers. You can simply tick the checkbox next to the correct answer. (Only one Answer can be correct in a quiz so you can only select one of the checkboxes.)
