Who believes in being baptized more than once? Why?

I know some believe in repeat Baptism for rededicating their lives after a backslide. I have been baptized twice, but only because there was no record of the first, and it is a requirement for membership in a baptist church. I think of baptism as the same thing as the "wash and be unclean until evening", only more formal. Yeshua was baptized once, but would have gone throuh the large community mikvah at the temple many times. Showering under running water or submerging yourself in a natural body of water is equivalent to both baptism and ritual bathing, in my view, and depending on the uncleanliness. Without Yeshua's blood, we can never be truly clean.

I have seen good reasons for it. People realizing they didn't believe but were just doing it to please parents or others; people who thought they understood it better later on.
I'm assuming we're talking of baptism that goes along with belief/salvation only?
There was John's baptism and they got baptized again. I've seen decent arguments for many occasions for baptism, but those were in addition to the one that happens with believing.
