Part of my routine is starting my day with Bible reading, which gets me out of bed... Then I just force myself through the day.
Having a priority list (even just mentally) helps with a dopamine "fix" every time I cross something off of the list. I never get to everything planned, but I can at least feel like I have accomplished something.
