I have a strong feeling about not running as in the Bible it is only during time of war or when a message had to be delivered that certain people ran. There is no instruction for staying "fit".

Yes, our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, but that means you need to look after it and don't do things that will grief Him.

I also don't see any adult sheep that run to stay fit. Yes lambs will jump for joy, but that isn't to stay fit. The best cared for sheep are the ones that have a bit of "padding" on them. ?

I'd rather pray for peace and still pastures ahead of me than a nice day to go for a run. ?
