Once a cloth towl becomes unusable for personal hygiene then it become a floor rag. After that it goes to my shed and is used to soak oil up, or something. Till the point where it needs to be binned, well; if it can't go into my firepit for heat...
Don't get me started to binning food. My family knows that they can dish up as much as they'd like, but once it is on your plate then you finish it. Even if it takes the next three days... When rinsing rice, I won't let one kernel flush down the sink. I have planted many things in my life and I understand how difficult it is to grow most produce if it isn't meant for your region. I therefore don't let anything go to waste.
