Will Judas Iscariot be a judge in heaven?

John 13:30 is when Judas leaves to betray Yeshua. This is a couple chapters before John 17:12 when Yeshua says while He prays that He has lost only one. I don't think Judas will be a judge because of this. Also, he committed suicide, which is self murder. I dont think most people have time to truly repent while they are dying, especially the method he chose.
