Snow gives a landscape such a different feeling. Yes, I don't like the slurry when it starts to melt, but it remains beautiful to observe.

We get the odd occassion where our conservatory windows will freeze over and create the most beautiful ice patterns that looks like an ice crystal forrest.

Got it successfullly @ 11 am! Cleaned the annometer off so i can hopefully catch a max wind gust, too. The snow came to within 4" of my knees in some places, namely near the weather station. Our grill has at least 6" on it under an oak, and the neighbor's railing and roof look like they have about 8".
