This verse ought to remove all questions about what kind of meal #yeshua and the disciples had the night before he was arrested: They killed, roasted, and ate a #passover lamb. If Yeshua did this on the wrong day, then he wasn't Messiah. This tells me that "bein erevim" ("at twilight" or "between the evenings") in Exodus 12:6 does NOT mean that the Passover must be killed in mid-afternoon of Nisan 14.

What it says is that the sliver moon is not the beginning of the month, the dark moon is. Do some astronomical research on the years 30-36 ce. Only two years fit the 3 days/3 nights pattern. Only these two years had the fourth day of that week as the 14th if you go by the dark moon. The rabbis and most of Israel went by the sliver moon the following night.

What about verse 18 and 19? If the evening closing 21st ends unleavened bread than should not 14th closing evening start it to get 7 days/nights? Also there is no mention of 13th day/night.

I did my research based on the 3 bce census. The days of the week would have been the same, but i dont know if any years would have fit the 3 daysvnights part. Ill havve to look that up tomorrow.

I read Josephus records Quirius census at 6BC. Herod the great reigned until 4BC from what I read

Of the years 26-36 ad, only 30 & 33 ad are possibilities. If Yeshua was born during the 3 bc census, the 30 ad date is more plausible. Also Spica rose at the same time as the moon that true Passover, furthering the evidence for that date.
