That’s pretty cool! Beeswax is a preservative, but it’s also flammable. I buy unpasteurized honey because the process of pasteurization in aluminum containers leeches the aluminum into the honey and the process destroys the good properties of the honey so it’s all flavour and very little to no nutrients. I’ve noticed that the store bought stuff up here is like that anyways.

Is this for your reference, or as a handout? I saw one possible misspelling: "labelling" I don't think it's supposed to have two l's in the middle. Maybe british english does this. Other than that, it looks good!
