Who does not put out his money at interest and does not take a bribe against the innocent; he who does these things shall never be moved.

This, of course, means that a man, who lends without interest and never takes advantage of the poor, will be frozen in time forever. He will never breath again nor take another step. Not a blink of an eye. Not a twitch. Not even a rustle of a single hair on the back of his neck.
