In Genesis, we read about creation, the garden, and the generations of Adam. How do you calculate Adams lifespan? Did the generational account calculate his age from when Yah breathed life into him, or when he ate the forbidden fruit? If we calculate the age of the world today, using the generational accounts and verified historical dates of events from Scripture, the world is probably 7,854 years old. Science would have us believe the world is billions of years old. How old was Adam when he first sinned? How much time did they have in the garden before they started to age from sin? Is this time recorded? How old do you believe the world is?

As far as the years since creation, my thoughts are 5,000-8,000. Yes that's a wide range, but I'm not convinced either way on Ussher's timeline or the Septuagint timeline. Just that it is definitely not what scientists say.

With the punishment of childbirth being painful, it makes me wonder if Cain and Abel weren’t born in the Garden.
Once thing we can be certain of, it has been almost 2000 years since Yeshua’s resurrection. With various pictures and prophecies in the Bible about timing, 7 days and things happening within 7 days, I am currently leaning to that we are in the 5994th year since the Fall, or the end of the 6th day. The 7th, the Shabbat, Messiah’s reign to be soon.
At least, that is my hope.
