Help needed with a circuit board design.

I am wondering if there is someone who has the knowledge and willingness to participate in a colloidal silver generator design I want to kick off as a potential commercial product.

I need a small circuit board designed (current convertor with timer and switches) and am thinking of making it a partnership between everyone involved on the project.

I would have done it myself, but I don't have the funds any longer to pay someone on Fiverr for the work as all my funds are dedicated on keeping TTN running.
