With colleges erupting in more lunacy, it's a good time to reshare this one around. The only defense is to get your kids informed and confident about the world before sending them into the abyss.

My daughters were inducted into the honor society at their community college this week. The credentials of their teachers are on par with any. Dual enrollment should be considered for any high schoolers. My older daughter transfers to MU in the fall. My younger daughter will have her general ed Associates before she's 19. Both are saving an enormous amount of money doing their first two years in cc.

This is only slightly a brag post about my kids. I'm sharing primarily to encourage folks to take the alternative paths. We were afraid when we took the home school path and now want to share so others can know it does work. And even a mix of public and alternative is also possible for success.
