They have become callous and have given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity.

The sensual believe themselves to be sensitive and soft-hearted, but in reality they are desensitized and hard-hearted. If your conscience doesn't affirm God's Law as the highest morality, then your conscience is broken.
