Circumcision
Reading Exodus 12 verses 43-49 made me think again about circumcision for Torah followers.
V43 says "43 And the Lord said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the passover: There shall no stranger eat thereof:". The instructions are then given on whom can eat of the Passover.
When we study circumcision in the New Testament then it can't contradict Torah, so looking at the topic with new eyes it doesn't look to me like circumcision has been done away with.
What I understand is that it is important to be circumcised in the heart. But does that then mean that the act of circumcision is not needed or that after receiving the faith that men still have to be circumcised as a sign of the covenant?
This is like a boy being circumcised on day-8 and then growing up without Torah. His circumcision means nothing to him as it is merely a cut in the flesh. But what if a grown man comes to faith, shouldn't we then still have a cut in the flesh?
If not then what determines which laws we do follow? Only the ones that doesn't have anything to do with blood or the ones that are easy or practicable in our modern day?
What is your understanding of this?

I believe that every supposed negative reference to circumcision in the New Testament is dealing with gentiles who live outside of Israel and would not be able to attend the Passover celebration or visit the temple anyway.
But I’m positive if they lived In Jerusalem the advice would be different as they could partake in the feasts and temple worship.

Human flesh will not enter the kingdom and neither will the foreskin, I imagine.
Romans 2:
25 Circumcision has value if you observe the law, but if you break the law, you have become as though you had not been circumcised. 26 So then, if those who are not circumcised keep the law’s requirements, will they not be regarded as though they were circumcised?
27 The one who is not circumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you who, even though you have the written code and circumcision, are a lawbreaker.
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

It’s not a salvation issue. Those who believe in the gospel are saved. It came to the Jew first and then the gentile as Paul taught.
Is this not the point?
The 10 virgins have prepared and thus we see a bridal element. Messiah, the husband , takes the ones who have kept their lamps burning. Are the other 5 Saved. It does not say they are lost. They did not know Him.
Who are these other 5?
They took their position as a done deal.
Who could this be referring to?
If we look at the bridal aspect , we should see the answer.
