In Zechariah 2:10-11 (v14-15 in Jewish translations) YHVH says he will come and live in the midst of the "daughter of Zion", a phrase that, I have heard, often referred to the suburbs of Jerusalem.

In the light of Zechariah 9:9, this can't refer to anything except Yeshua's first incarnation as Moschiach ben Yosef. The end result of which is the joining of many foreigners to YHVH, becoming one with his people, Israel.
