As I examine Deuteronomy 22:5, “A woman must not wear men’s clothing, and a man must not wear women’s clothing, for whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD your God” There are some historical and modern applications we need to bear in mind. When Moses was told to write this, robes and more loose fitting clothing were worn by both men and women so to say that a woman should not wear pants would be Biblically inaccurate.
