Thought For Today: Wednesday, July 17
Maturity does not always come with age. Maturity is deeper than age. It is the way you see and understand things. The way you consider others. The way you communicate. The way you react. The things you value. The things you entertain. The way you represent yourself and others as a believer. Remember, everyone grows old, BUT not everyone is growing up.

I teach my children that maturity is measured by the time it takes to admit you were wrong or ask forgiveness. The shorter the time, the more mature a person is.
This is visible in young people wanting to be right and will stand their ground even when they are proven to be wrong. The contrary is a person who is secure in themselves will quickly ask forgiveness when they are wrong.
