Scripture teaches us many things. If someone is filled with the Ruach they are born from above and they will take on the nature of the Ruach. By a person's fruit you will know if they are born again or not. But you first have to be born again in order to discern such things. The fruit of the Ruach cannot be faked.

It was a great exercise and brought up a lot of conversations. Almost like a "New Year's resolution" kind of exercise.
It did make me very aware of where I don't have the fruit to show, or think I am showing the fruit, but am actually not doing something purely out of love, but out of selfishness as I simply want to maintain peace and calm. (It is a very fine line between the two, I have realized.)
It also made us aware of others who say they are saved, but don't bear the fruit.😥
