The first day of the seventh Biblical month is a day of celebration, then just a few days later is the most important day of the year. Leviticus 23:26 — 27, “Again the LORD said to Moses, “The tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. You shall hold a sacred assembly and humble yourselves, and present an offering made by fire to the LORD.” What we do in these ten days is reflect, meditate and repent.
