Hi everyone,
I'm new here, I'm excited to meet like-minded Torah observing brothers and sisters. Since leaving mainstream Christianity/church and going on this new Torah journey, it's hard to find anyone to talk to, discuss things with or share new things with. When you go on this journey others think you are crazy and most will walk away from you. And in a way, that's a good thing. I see it as Elohim separating the wheat from the tares. All we can do is pray for them that one day they too will see and understand Yahuah's truth, to desire a right relationship with Him and desire to walk in His ways.
I'm still learning and growing.

Your wheat and tares analogy is so true. When we lived on a smallholding I tried my hand at growing wheat. I thought it was coming up smashingly as we lived on a very arid mountain top and yet the wheat was growing just great. All the farmers around me told me that it wouldn't grow and yet...🤯
When the berries came into head, I realized that the short scraggly shoots where the wheat and the beautiful lush heads were the tares. I was so disappointed to only then realize that what I thought was healthy wheat were the tares and the nearly dead plants were the true wheat.
So we walk our walk and only later will find out who are the tares and who are the wheat. Unfortunately it is only known when the plant is ready for harvest. 😬
The parable of the tares can only be understood from an agrarian perspective when you have had to deal with them as they stand a lot taller than the wheat. It is therefore easier to first pull the tares out and then do the harvest of the wheat. This is the exact same order that Yeshua said the harvest has to be done, first the tares and then the wheat.
We are all still learning, so do ask your questions and ask Father to help you distinguish between true and false as we can get it wrong.
