"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for ... what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."

I do understand from a relationship perspective that a person should find someone of their own faith to marry. But what if you then change your faith and your husband/wife doesn't? This could be from modern-Christianity to Torah. Do you then have the right to divorce if you are at odds with one another?
Also, what if your company needs investors or directors (as they will have a say in how the company is run)? Can you only select people that are of your faith? And what if they aren't the best qualified and might actually do your business harm in their lack of abilities?
