Thought for Today: Thursday February 13

Parents! As your children grow older, they become more responsible for the decisions they make in life; You should not take upon yourself all the blame if those decisions are bad. BUT your failures do have an impact on them, making them more open to foolish and evil ways. Harsh, unreasonable discipline… neglect… favouritism… failure to express love… being too busy to give them attention… failure to teach them between right and wrong… all these can embitter your children and they could become discouraged. Do not let this happen in your family. And if it has, ask YHVH to forgive you and ask Him to help you reverse it as much as possible. Do not cease to pray for your children!
